Home/Models

All CMC models supported.

If it’s Verilog-A, it runs here — compiled and simulated natively in true SPICE, the exact model code your foundry PDK ships. 34+ industry standards come precompiled; adding another is a drop-in, not a product release you wait for. Need results in your golden simulator — Spectre, HSPICE, or another? We integrate it.

Future version

S-parameter fitting, integrated

A future version brings RF into the same physics-driven flow: measured S-parameters fitted alongside DC and C-V, in the same stage engine, with the same quality gates, lineage and reports — no separate RF tool, no separate netlists.

Simulation

Native SPICE built in — your simulator welcome.

A true SPICE engine ships inside AutoPDK: every fit runs against real circuit simulation with the model’s compiled Verilog-A, no external simulator licence needed to start. Sign-off happens in Spectre, HSPICE or another golden simulator? We integrate yours — and existing Spectre, HSPICE and CDL model cards and libraries are read as-is.

Compiled Verilog-A

Models are compiled to OSDI from their Verilog-A source — the exact code your foundry PDK ships. Adding a model is a drop-in, not a product release.

Decks generated, not written

Every DC and C-V deck — instance line, sources, sweeps, temperature, model loading, convergence aids — is synthesized from the measurement set. See how →

Golden-simulator sign-off

Spectre, HSPICE or your in-house simulator integrated on request, so the card you sign off is verified where you actually simulate.
